Creamy Strawberry Dessert

This creamy strawberry dessert is light, fruity, and perfectly sweet—an easy no-bake treat that’s great for summer or anytime you want something refreshing.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries (chopped)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or whipped topping)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 package strawberry gelatin (or strawberry pudding mix)

Instructions

Wash and chop the strawberries into small pieces. Set aside a few slices for garnish if desired.

In a large bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and regular milk until smooth.

Add the strawberry gelatin or pudding mix and stir well until fully dissolved.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form (or use ready whipped topping).

Gently fold the whipped cream into the strawberry mixture to create a light and airy texture.

Add the chopped strawberries and mix gently.

Pour into a large serving bowl or individual cups.

Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours until chilled and set.

Serving Suggestions

Serve cold, topped with extra fresh strawberries. You can also add crushed cookies or biscuit crumbs for extra texture.
