Instructions
Step 1: Make the Cheesecake Layer
Preheat your oven to 160°C (325°F).
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
Pour the mixture into a lined or greased round pan and bake for 35–40 minutes, or until set.
Let it cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours to firm up.
Step 2: Prepare the Lemon Cake
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
