Ingredients

  • 3 very ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1/2 cup (115g) butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a loaf pan.

In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add the melted butter and mix well.

Stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined and creamy.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
