  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup chopped spinach (fresh or thawed frozen, drained)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a baking dish.

Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish in a single layer. If they are thick, you can lightly pound them to ensure even cooking.

In a bowl, combine the sour cream and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Add the chopped spinach, grated Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Season the mixture with salt and black pepper, mixing again to distribute the seasoning.
