Ingredients
- 20–30 slices pepperoni
- Optional: shredded mozzarella or parmesan cheese
- Optional: Italian seasoning or chili flakes
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Arrange the pepperoni slices in a single layer, leaving a little space between each piece.
If you want extra crunch and flavor, sprinkle a small amount of shredded cheese on top of each slice.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the edges curl up and become crispy. Keep an eye on them—they cook fast.
Remove from the oven and transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess grease. They will crisp up even more as they cool.
Air Fryer Option
Place pepperoni slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook at 180°C (350°F) for 5–7 minutes until crispy.
