This Slow Cooker Sausage Dip is rich, creamy, and packed with bold flavor. It’s one of the easiest party dips you can make—just a few ingredients tossed into the crockpot and you’ve got a warm, cheesy dip that everyone will love.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies (drained or with juice, your choice)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until fully browned, breaking it into small crumbles as it cooks. Drain excess grease.
Transfer the cooked sausage to the slow cooker.
Add the cream cheese (cut into cubes for easier melting), diced tomatoes with green chilies, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Cover and cook on low for 1.5 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until everything is fully melted and combined into a smooth, creamy dip.
If the dip becomes too thick, you can stir in a small splash of milk to loosen it.
Once smooth and hot, switch the slow cooker to the warm setting for serving.
Serving Suggestions
Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or toasted bread. It’s also great as a topping for baked potatoes or nachos.
This dip is creamy, cheesy, and full of savory flavor—perfect for game days, gatherings, or anytime you need an easy crowd-pleaser.
