Ingredients
1 package (3 oz) orange gelatin mix
1 cup boiling water
½ cup cold water
1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
½ cup crushed pineapple, drained (optional)
Instructions
Dissolve the gelatin
In a large bowl, stir the orange gelatin into the boiling water until completely dissolved. Add the cold water and stir to combine.
Cool slightly
Let the mixture cool at room temperature for about 10–15 minutes, until just slightly warm but not set.
Add pudding mix
