This Slow Cooker 3-Ingredient Pineapple Dump Cake is the ultimate easy dessert—sweet, buttery, and irresistibly simple. With just three pantry staples and no mixing required, it’s perfect for busy days, potlucks, or when you need a warm treat with minimal effort.
Ingredients
1 (20 oz / 565 g) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 box yellow cake mix
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
Prepare the slow cooker
Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker with butter or nonstick spray.
Layer the ingredients
Pour the crushed pineapple with its juice evenly into the bottom of the slow cooker. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the pineapple—do not stir.
Add the butter
Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the top of the cake mix, covering as much of the surface as possible.
Cook
Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours or on HIGH for 2–3 hours, until the top is set and the edges are bubbling.
Serve warm
Spoon into bowls and serve warm on its own or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped topping.
✨ Tip: For extra texture, sprinkle chopped pecans or shredded coconut over the cake mix before adding the butter.
