These Ritz Cracker Party Sandwiches are the ultimate bite-sized treats — buttery, salty, creamy, and perfectly melty. Whether you’re hosting a holiday gathering, game day, or casual get-together, these little sandwiches disappear in minutes!

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven
    Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Assemble the Sandwiches
    • Lay half of the Ritz crackers, flat side up, on the baking sheet.
    • Spread a small dab of mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on each cracker (optional).
    • Layer a small piece of ham and cheese on each.
    • Top with another Ritz cracker to create little sandwiches.
  3. Make the Butter Glaze
    In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and garlic powder.
  4. Brush and Bake
    Brush the tops of the sandwiches with the butter glaze.
    Bake for 8–10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are slightly golden.
  5. Serve Warm
    Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. These are best enjoyed warm when the cheese is gooey!
