Paula Deen’s Artichoke Dip

A warm, creamy, cheesy appetizer that’s perfect for holidays, parties, and family gatherings. This classic Paula Deen recipe is simple, rich, and always a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: a pinch of cayenne or paprika for extra flavor

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2: Mix Ingredients

In a medium bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Mix until everything is evenly blended.
