No-Bake Blueberry Delight

No-Bake Blueberry Delight is a light, creamy dessert with layers of buttery crust, smooth cream cheese filling, and sweet blueberry topping. It’s perfect for warm days, holidays, or anytime you need an easy dessert without turning on the oven.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 can (21 oz) blueberry pie filling

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust
In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until evenly moistened.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9Ɨ13-inch dish to form an even crust.
Place in the refrigerator to chill while preparing the filling.

2. Make the Cream Cheese Layer

3. Assemble the Dessert

4. Add the Blueberry Topping
Spoon the blueberry pie filling evenly over the cream cheese layer, spreading it gently to cover the surface.

5. Chill
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set and easy to slice.

6. Serve
