Ingredients
- 2 cups leftover stuffing (cold works best)
- 1½ cups cooked turkey, finely chopped or shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp milk
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp poultry seasoning (optional)
- ½ cup breadcrumbs (as needed)

Instructions
- Make the mixture
In a large bowl, combine the stuffing, chopped turkey, shredded cheese, egg, milk, black pepper, and poultry seasoning. Mix until everything is well incorporated. If the mixture feels too soft, add breadcrumbs a little at a time until it holds together. - Shape the balls
Using your hands or a small scoop, form the mixture into 1½-inch balls. Place them on a plate or baking sheet. - Cook the balls
- To fry: Heat oil in a deep skillet to medium heat. Fry the balls in batches for 3ā4 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and heated through. Drain on paper towels.
- To bake: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the balls on a greased baking sheet, spray lightly with cooking spray, and bake for 18ā22 minutes, turning once, until crisp and golden.
