Crescent roll dough2 cans (8 oz each)Store-bought refrigerated dough
Garlic powder½ tspOptional, for extra flavor
Green onions2 tbsp, choppedOptional, for garnish
Butter2 tbsp, meltedFor brushing tops

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven:
Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and crumbly. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add flavor:
Stir in the ranch seasoning mix and cream cheese. Mix until the cream cheese melts and coats the beef evenly. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  4. Add the cheese:
Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese until it’s evenly distributed.
  5. Prepare the dough:
Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each triangle.
  6. Fold into bundles:
Bring the corners of each triangle together and pinch to seal, forming a little pouch or bundle.
  7. Brush and bake:
Arrange the bundles on the baking sheet, brush tops with melted butter, and sprinkle with garlic powder if desired.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Serve and enjoy:
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm with ranch dressing or BBQ sauce for dipping.

Tips:

  • You can use ground turkey or sausage instead of beef for variation.
  • Add a pinch of crushed red pepper or smoked paprika for a spicy twist.
  • These freeze beautifully — reheat in the oven for a quick snack!
