Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or finely chopped)
- 1 cup cooked carrots (finely grated or mashed)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Chicken and Carrots
Shred or finely chop the cooked chicken.
Grate or mash the cooked carrots until smooth.
2. Mix the Creamy Base
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Mix until smooth and creamy.
3. Combine Ingredients
Add the chicken and carrots to the creamy mixture.
Stir well until everything is evenly combined.
4. Season
