Ingredients
12 oz pasta (penne or rotini work well)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup milk
1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Chopped parsley or green onions (optional)
Instructions
Cook the pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Start the sauce
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Make it creamy
Stir in the heavy cream, milk, and ranch seasoning mix. Simmer gently for 3–4 minutes, stirring often, until slightly thickened.
Add cheese
Reduce heat to low and stir in the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until melted and smooth.
Combine everything
Add the cooked pasta, chicken, and bacon to the skillet. Toss until everything is well coated in the sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Serve
Remove from heat and garnish with parsley or green onions if desired. Serve warm.
✨ Tip: For extra richness, add a splash of pasta cooking water to loosen the sauce or sprinkle with extra cheese before serving.
