Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or 8 homemade biscuits)
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Colby Jack cheese
- 1 tbsp butter (optional, for brushing biscuits)
Instructions
- Cook the beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess grease. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well and set aside. - Bake the biscuits
