Clodhopper Candy

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips (or candy melts)
  • 2 cups graham cracker pieces (small chunks, not crumbs)
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup peanuts (or roasted almonds, optional)
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Prepare a pan: Line a baking sheet or 9×13-inch dish with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth and fully melted.
  3. Combine the mix-ins: In a large mixing bowl, add graham cracker pieces, mini marshmallows, and peanuts. Pour the melted chocolate over the mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Spread and chill: Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared pan. Sprinkle lightly with salt for balance. Refrigerate for 30–45 minutes, or until firm.
  5. Break into pieces: Once set, break the candy into bite-sized clusters.
