Cranberry Brie Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 (8 oz) wheel of Brie cheese, cut into small cubes
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • Fresh rosemary or thyme leaves (optional, for garnish)
  • Cooking spray or melted butter (for greasing the pan)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin pan with cooking spray or butter.
  2. Prepare the Pastry:
