Easy Crockpot Cheese Dip With 3 Ingredients

This Easy Crockpot Cheese Dip is creamy, melty, and perfect for parties, game day, or anytime snacking. With just three simple ingredients and minimal prep, it’s a foolproof dip that stays warm and smooth right in the slow cooker.

Ingredients

16 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
½ cup milk

Instructions

Add ingredients to crockpot
Place the cubed Velveeta cheese, Rotel tomatoes (with juices), and milk into the slow cooker.

Cook until melted
Cover and cook on LOW for 1½–2 hours, stirring occasionally, until the cheese is fully melted and smooth.

Stir and adjust
Stir well to combine. If the dip is too thick, add a little more milk until desired consistency is reached.

Serve
Keep the dip on the WARM setting and serve directly from the crockpot.

Tip: Serve with tortilla chips, pretzels, or fresh veggie sticks. For extra flavor, you can stir in cooked ground beef or sausage if desired.
