These Antipasto Squares are a bold, savory bake inspired by classic Italian antipasto flavors. Layered with meats, cheeses, and peppers inside a soft, golden crust, they’re perfect for parties, potlucks, or an easy make-ahead appetizer.
Ingredients
2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
8 oz sliced provolone cheese
6 oz sliced mozzarella cheese
½ lb sliced ham
½ lb sliced salami
¼ lb sliced pepperoni
½ cup roasted red peppers, sliced
½ cup banana peppers, drained
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Prepare the bottom crust
Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the baking dish, sealing any seams.
Layer the fillings
Layer provolone and mozzarella cheeses evenly over the dough. Top with ham, salami, pepperoni, roasted red peppers, and banana peppers.
Add the top crust
Unroll the second can of crescent roll dough and place it over the filling, gently pressing to seal the edges.
Season the top
Brush the top with melted butter, then sprinkle evenly with Italian seasoning and grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake
Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until the top is golden brown and cooked through.
Cool and slice
Let the bake rest for 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
✨ Tip: Serve warm or at room temperature, and pair with marinara sauce for dipping if desired.
