This Coconut Cream Pie Dip is a sweet, creamy dessert dip inspired by the classic pie—light, fluffy, and full of coconut flavor. It’s perfect for parties, potlucks, or an easy no-bake treat served with cookies, fruit, or graham crackers.

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup coconut cream or heavy cream
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
½ tsp coconut extract (optional)
Toasted coconut flakes, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Make the base
In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

Sweeten and flavor
Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined and smooth.

Add the cream
Slowly beat in the coconut cream (or heavy cream) until the dip is light and fluffy. If using, add the coconut extract and mix well.

Fold in coconut
Gently fold in the shredded coconut until evenly distributed.

Chill
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Serve
Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with toasted coconut flakes if desired. Serve chilled.
