Ingredients
8 large flour tortillas
1 cup cream cheese, softened
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup chocolate chips or mini chocolate chips
½ cup crushed graham crackers or crushed cookies
Optional add-ins: chopped nuts, sprinkles, or mini marshmallows
Instructions
Make the filling
In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Add the mix-ins
Fold in the chocolate chips and crushed graham crackers (and any optional add-ins) until evenly distributed.
Assemble the rolls
Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spread an even layer of the filling over each tortilla, going almost to the edges.
Roll tightly
Starting from one side, roll each tortilla up tightly into a log. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap.
Chill
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up, making them easier to slice.
