Mayonnaise and Parmesan Chicken

This easy baked chicken is incredibly juicy and flavorful, thanks to a creamy mayonnaise coating mixed with savory Parmesan cheese. It’s a simple, reliable dinner that uses pantry staples and comes together with minimal prep.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning or parsley

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

2. Prepare the Chicken
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
Arrange them in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.

3. Make the Topping
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, and Italian seasoning.
Mix until smooth and evenly blended.

4. Coat the Chicken
Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast, covering them completely.

5. Bake
Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
The topping should be golden and lightly crisp.

6. Serve
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with roasted vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
