  • 1 bunch celery stalks
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green olives or pimentos
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • Paprika for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Celery
Wash the celery stalks thoroughly and pat them dry.
Trim the ends and cut each stalk into 3–4 inch pieces.

2. Make the Filling
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise.
Mix until smooth and creamy.

3. Fill the Celery
Spoon or pipe the cream cheese mixture into the center of each celery piece, filling it generously.
