Cinnamon Sugar Bite-Size Biscuits

These warm, sweet, bite-size biscuits are the perfect quick treat—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and coated in buttery cinnamon sugar. They come together fast and disappear even faster!


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

1. Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Cut the Biscuits
Separate the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into 4 small pieces.

3. Mix Cinnamon Sugar
In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon until fully combined.

4. Coat the Biscuit Pieces
Dip each biscuit piece into the melted butter.
Roll it in the cinnamon sugar mixture until evenly coated.
Place on the baking sheet, leaving a little space between pieces.

5. Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.

6. Serve
Enjoy warm as-is or drizzle with icing for an extra-sweet finish.
