Sausage Cream Cheese Crescent Rolls

A warm, savory, and creamy appetizer or breakfast treat made with just a few simple ingredients. Perfect for parties, potlucks, or quick family snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or onion powder
  • Optional: 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

1. Cook the Sausage
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.

2. Mix the Filling
Add the softened cream cheese to the warm sausage.
Stir until the cream cheese is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
If desired, mix in garlic powder, onion powder, or shredded cheddar.

3. Prepare the Dough
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into individual triangles.

4. Fill and Roll
Place about one tablespoon of the sausage mixture on the wide end of each crescent triangle.
Roll up tightly toward the tip.

5. Bake
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown.

6. Serve
Let cool slightly and serve warm. These are great for dipping in ranch, marinara, or honey mustard.
