These soft, golden, stuffed dough bites taste like mini everything bagel bombsācreamy in the center, crisp on the outside, and loaded with that signature savory seasoning. Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons Everything Bagel seasoning
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Dough
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Open the biscuit can and separate the dough into 8 biscuits.
Cut each biscuit in half to create 16 pieces.
Step 2: Make the Filling
Place the softened cream cheese in a small bowl.
Stir until smooth and creamy so itās easier to fill the dough pieces.
Step 3: Fill the Bagel Bits
Flatten each dough piece with your fingers into a small circle.
Add about 1 teaspoon of cream cheese to the center.
Pull the edges of the dough up and pinch them together tightly to seal the filling inside.
Roll gently between your hands to form a smooth ball.
Step 4: Brush and Season
Arrange the filled dough balls on the baking sheet.
Brush each one lightly with melted butter.
Sprinkle generously with Everything Bagel seasoning so each bite is well coated.
Step 5: Bake
Bake for 12ā15 minutes, or until the bites are puffed, golden, and slightly crisp on the outside.
