- 1 prepared angel food cake, cut into cubes
- 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 ½ cups cold milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
- Optional garnish: sliced almonds, extra pie filling, or fresh cherries
Instructions
1. Prepare the Pudding Layer
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix, milk, and sour cream until smooth and thick.
- Set aside.
2. Layer the Angel Food Cake
- In a 9×13-inch dish, spread half of the cubed angel food cake in an even layer.
