This unbelievably easy cobbler uses just three pantry ingredients and comes out bubbly, sweet, and delicious every time. Perfect for last-minute guests or a quick family treat!
Ingredients

| Cake mix (yellow, white, or vanilla) | 1 box (about 15.25 oz / 432 g) |
| Butter (unsalted), sliced | 1 cup (2 sticks / 226 g) |
Optional: ½ cup chopped nuts, cinnamon, or a drizzle of caramel.
Instructions
1. Prepare the baking dish
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease a 9Ć13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
2. Add the fruit
- Pour the frozen fruit straight into the baking dish ā no need to thaw.
- Spread it evenly so you have a flat layer covering the bottom.
3. Add the dry cake mix
- Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the frozen fruit.
- Donāt mix it ā just cover the fruit completely like a blanket.
4. Add butter
- Slice the butter into thin pieces (about ā ā¼ inch thick).
- Lay the butter slices all over the top of the cake mix so most of the surface is covered.
Tip: The butter melts while baking and mixes with the cake mix to create the cobbler topping.
5. Bake
- Place the dish in the oven and bake for 45ā50 minutes.
- The top should look golden brown and the fruit will be bubbling around the edges.
6. Cool and serve
- Let the cobbler sit for 10ā15 minutes so the juices thicken a bit.
- Serve warm ā amazing with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
